While crossing the Russian-Ukrainian border at the Belgorod customs Mr. Pryglov Igor was detained, who was born in 1970. Frontier guards were confused by the fact that his date of birth was changed instead of 1970 it was written 1976.

Mr Pryglov assured them that he was going to Moscow to bring his songs to the Committee of the International Contest " New Wave" but in the application form for this contest it was mentioned that candidate must be not older then 30 years old. Mr. Pryglov was afraid that he wouldn't be admitted and he had to go against the law.

The frontier guards were very much surprised by such an explanation, though they had to take the "musician" off the train. They asked to submit the unique Pryglov's records his compartment's neighours.
